Its time to Bake, Decorate and Celebrate; you're invited to celebrate all of the occasions in your life with sweet treats. No prior experience needed — cake decorating has never been so easy and fun.
Each week includes a feature theme and specialty cakes for that occasion plus adaptations for other events. We also have a second related project with other ideas for that celebration. And last we feature a third project with related ideas for that special party.
Each week also features 2 tips. The first is Decorating Basics — easy first steps for successful baking. The second tip — is actually a "decorating" tip! We feature a different cake decorating tip each week and easy instructions on how to achieve beautiful designs with just that tip.

Nancy Siler has been baking and decorating for over 25 years. In her hundreds of decorating demonstrations for programs on ABC, CBS, NBC, WGN, PBS, Discovery Channel and QVC Networks, Nancy has shown that everyone has the ability to serve something spectacular. As Vice President of Consumer Affairs and Public Relations for Wilton Industries, Inc., she helps make decorating easy and exciting for consumers. As Director of The Wilton School, Nancy continues to develop the world's most popular decorating courses.

James Van der Beek – Actor
He will talk about his acting career and his involvement in ulcerative colitis awareness because of his mother’s condition.
James William Van Der Beek, Jr. (born March 8, 1977) is an American television, film, and stage actor, known for his portrayal of Dawson Leery in The WB series Dawson's Creek.

In July 2003, Van Der Beek married actress Heather McComb. In June 2009, Van Der Beek's representative confirmed that the couple had separated in April after almost six years of marriage, and on November 20, 2009, Van Der Beek filed for divorce. Their divorce was finalized on March 31, 2010.
On April 9, 2010, Van Der Beek announced via Twitter that he and his girlfriend, business consultant Kimberly Brook, were expecting their first child together, a girl. Van Der Beek and Brook married on August 1, 2010, in a small Jewish ceremony at the Kabbalah Center near Dizengoff Plaza in Tel AvivIsrael. The couple's daughter, Olivia Van Der Beek, was born on September 25, 2010.

  1. I listened today for Van Der Beek, and didn't hear him at 10-11 AM on CRN4 10/08. No mention of him or Nancy Silber, but the other two guests aired. Are the other guests for a later date?
