Summer is a the Food and Wine Diva, is a writer, professional chef/pastry chef, and food and wine educator. With over twenty years in the business, Summer Whitford has extensive experience as a chef/caterer, writer of books, articles, newsletters, and television programming. Bitten by the "travel bug" at an early age, she adores food, wine, and culture but also writes on topics as diverse as race relations in the White House, education reform, and young adult fiction.
