At the 2011 CES dozens of new devices and applications will be introduced but which ones will make it into our hearts and our homes? Cat Schwartz is not only a lover of technology but she has made a career out of helping the rest of us (especially moms!) navigate through the confusing world of modern technology. As a busy mom, she knows that technology can be a life-saver and she’ll be bringing the best of CES for Moms! Live from the floor of the show, Cat will be available to show your viewers some of the coolest new innovations that she believes will be all the rage in 2011!

Jessica stars as Vanessa Abrams on the CW hit series Gossip Girl, starred in the film Piranha 3D, and was named one of People Magazine's 100 most Beautiful People for 2010. Jessica will be available for interviews on Thursday, January 6th. Please note, the rest of this information is embargoed until Wednesday, January 5th. Jessica will be appearing in the upcoming Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, in an exclusive SoBe advertising spread, the second installment of the SoBe Lifewater skinsuit series (last year's skinsuit model was Twilight's Ashley Greene). Jessica appears in two intricately hand-painted SoBe skinsuits inspired by new SoBe Lifewater with electrolytes. On Thursday, January 6th, Jessica will be available to discuss the skinsuit photo shoot (and the 11+ hours of body painting it took) and her acting career. Szohr was discovered at age 16, when she began working as a Kohl's department store model. She has also modeled for Crate and Barrel, Mountain Dew, Sears, Quaker Oats, Jockey, Jansport and Seventeen magazine. Her additional television credits include guest starring roles on "What About Brian" and "CSI: Miami." You can also see her featured in music videos for "Over You" by Daughtry and "Best Days" by Matt White. Szohr currently resides in New York City

Ron Croatti President and CEO of UniFirst Corporation Croatti is a graduate of San Diego State University Why the boss wants to go under cover Having grown up working for the family business Ron is going undercover to ensure his business is being run the way the family intends it to be. He plans to see what is working for the company as well as discover any changes needed to help his extended family, his employees. Sew/Seal Department: The boss is tasked with sewing nametags and sealing labels onto uniforms. His employees work on incentive, the more they do the more they get paid. The boss does his best to get things sorted before they head to the wash. Floor Supervisor: As a supervisor it's important to know the ins and outs of every job. The boss tries his hands at pressing, can he live up to the quality work his company provides or will he be left out to dry?
